When you sign up as a Founding Member or contact us, we collect:

• Email — our primary way to reach you
• Phone Number — for pickup coordination
• Address — for our records and potential delivery

This information is collected through Zoho Forms and stored securely in our Zoho account.

Payment Information

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card numbers. Stripe handles everything securely and is PCI-DSS compliant.

Website Analytics

We use the following tools to understand how visitors use our website:

• Facebook Pixel — helps us measure the effectiveness of our outreach
• Google Analytics — tells us how many people visit and what pages they view

These tools collect anonymous data about your visit (pages viewed, time on site, general location). They do not identify you personally unless you submit a form.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and confirm your membership
• Send order updates and pickup notifications
• Share our seasonal farm newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Respond to your questions

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Know what information we have about you
• Request corrections to your information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw consent for communications

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure form submission (HTTPS), trusted third-party services (Zoho, Stripe), and limiting access to your data to only those who need it.
